plsmoveme2 estate agents was formed in October 2007 by the merger of two highly successful companies.

 

The first and longest running company is Property Letting Services Limited (PLS) who, as the name implies, are a letting & property management company formed in 2001 and have been going from strength to strength each year. They have some 300 properties under management and are an ARLA agent based in Folkestone.

 

The second, moveme2, was formed in January 2007 and grew to have the 4th largest sold share in Folkestone, in the first 10 months overtaking many agents who had been established a lot longer. It was decided by the partners in each firm to merge the companies as the services offered are symbiotic, complimenting each other perfectly and along with the merger the office and operating systems were renewed and brought right up to date.

 

Due to the continuing success of the company it was decided in October 2008 to expand our letting catchment area and we now cover from Folkestone through Ashford and into Maidstone as well as Sittingbourne. It was decided to stay with one office to keep our costs down and continue to provide the level of services our landlords and tenants have come to expect.

 

Where plsmoveme2 are different from the rest is that the investment in technology allows us to provide a fully tailored service to vendors, buyers, tenants and landlords alike. Long may the growth continue and the services continue to be the best in Folkestone and surrounds.
